Matthew 9:18-26

How many of you have been in a desperate situation? During those times, weren't your prayers more real and humble? Didn't you feel closer to God than when life was easy?

While we don't want to experience being weak and helpless, God sometimes allows us to go through them to teach us valuable lessons. Truth be told, trials and tribulations are necessary to develop our faith and trust in God.
